Austin SSC Sand Volleyball Information and Registration

SPRING 2012 SAND VOLLEYBALL STARTING DATES:

Monday – The Stadium / Domingo’s (February 20)
Tuesday – Hanovers (February 21)
Thursday – Hanovers (February 23)
*The divisions do not combine, so you are able to sign up for multiple nights

STARTING TIMES:
7:00 – 9:30 (Hanovers & Stadium) & 6:15 – 8:00 (Zilker – stars in Spring #2 season)

SEASON:
Each team will play 6 regular season games. Play-offs will start the week after the end of the regular season. The number of teams in each league to make the play-offs varies per season.

Zilker Park, The Stadium, & Hanovers (Click here for directions)

T-SHIRT PICK-UP & HAPPY HOUR:
Stadium – TBD.  6:30 – 8:00pm.  Doc’s (1123 S Congress)
Hanovers – TBD  6:30 – 7:00pm & 7:40 – 8:00pm.  Hanovers Volleyball Courts

FORMAT:
Two divisions- social (for players with volleyball skills) and super social (for players with limited volleyball skills / recreational league). 6 players on the court at a time, at least 3 of them must be women.
The Thursday Hanovers division also offers a 4v4 option, with at least 2 women on the court at a time.

LEAGUE FEES:
$48 for an individual looking to be placed on a team.  $10 additional for the Thursday 4′s league.
$395.00 for a team of up to 9 players and $40 for each additional player after 9.
For the Thursday 4v4 league, $295 for a team of up to 6 players, and $40 for each additional player.
League fee includes all equipment, an Austin SSC t-shirt for each participant, as well as food & drink specials after every game!

PAYMENT:
Use the secure link below. If signing up a team, only a $200 down payment is required.
The remaining funds are due the week before your first game at t-shirt pick-up.

NOTE FOR INDIVIDUALS:

If you are signing up with a small group of friends (and you do not have enough to form your own team), there is a line on the registration form for “teammate requests”. Just list all names on that line, and you will be kept together.
