Regardless of your current fitness level, Austin SSC Boot Camp provides exactly the push you need to reach your goals. We split the class based on ability level, so you can pick whether Boot Camp (regular) or Boot Camp+ (advanced) is best for you. You will be able to switch during the session if necessary.
Our program of co-ed outdoor workouts & nutritional coaching will enable you to see results in four short weeks. Whether you want to lower body fat, lose weight, increase endurance, define your abs, relieve some stress, or all of the above, this program is designed for you. All of this for under $17 a session!

2010 BOOT CAMP (SESSION THREE) STARTING DATE:

STARTING TIME:
6:00 AM morning class & 6:15 PM evening class
The session lasts for one hour and you pick AM or PM
DAYS:
Class is held three times a week – Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.
Class is four weeks long
ABILITY LEVELS:
Regular Boot Camp class for all skill levels
Boot Camp+ class for the individual in good shape, looking for the additional push.
You can pick which class you want on the registration page.
