Austin SSC Fitness Boot Camp Information and Registration
In a town full of gyms, boot camps, and fitness classes, many companies advertise fun & unique workouts, but how many deliver? Welcome to the Austin SSC SportFIT Classes (formerly Boot Camp), where no two days are the same. Based on the philosophy that workouts should be a fun and regular part of your routine, we strive to bring the most variability and inventiveness to each workout. By incorporating body weight exercises, speed ladders, medicine balls, and many other types of equipment, you will escape the drudgery of some fitness programs and always look forward to the next session. In addition to strength training and cardiovacular exercises, our classes add a element of fun in what we do best; sports! Our sport-specific training is incorporated into our classes to get you ready for any SSC season. If that is not your thing, it still adds a fun and exciting twist to your workout routine.
Ever been to a class with a huge group and single instructor? How often did that instructor help fix your form or help build on the area of concern? Here, our low student-to-instructor ratios give you the personal attention needed to reach your fitness goals.
Our camps are open to all ages and fitness levels. To be able to push each client to their appropriate limit we split the camp into two groups, basic and advanced, so that everybody gets the necessary individual attention to meet their fitness goal. At all workouts we have certified fitness trainers with years of experience in fitness and teaching boot camps to ensure the effectiveness of the workout as well as the safety of all campers.

2012 SportFIT (BOOT CAMP) SESSION TWO STARTING DATE:
Monday, February 6, 2012
STARTING TIME:
6:00 AM morning class, 7:00 AM morning class, & 6:15 PM evening class
The session lasts for one hour
DAYS:
Class is held three times a week – Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.
There is also a Wednesday core/conditioning class
Class is four weeks long and sixteen sessions
ABILITY LEVELS:
Regular SportFIT class for all skill levels
SportFIT+ class for the individual in good shape, looking for the additional push.
You can pick which class you want on the registration page.
